What is the delivery time of my order?

To serve you better, your parcel(s) may be shipped from one of our international logistics partner. Therefore please allow minimum of 7 & maximum of 20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive at your doorstep.

How can I track my order?

You will be given a tracking number once the order has been shipped notified via automated email/SMS. You may also write to us directly at info@pearlsnlucent.com with your order reference number and we will send you the tracking number.

What are the shipping charges?

"Shipping" is and will always be FREE on every purchase in our store as we believe in delivering exceptional economical value to our customers. 

How to pay for my order?

    Will all of my order arrive in one parcel?

    Because the products are shipped from different logistics partner(s), you may receive more than one parcel and on different dates.


    Do you have any physical outlet?

    No, we only have an online store at this moment.
